Banana Almond Cookies

80 g ~ 1 very small ripe banana
60 g almond flour

3 oz ~ 1 very small ripe banana
½ cup almond flour

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Add banana and almond flour to a small mixing bowl.
2Mash and mix until well combined.
3Split into 4 portions and roll each one into a ball. Add to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4Flatten each one with a fork.
5Bake in the middle of the oven for 12 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
6Transfer to a plate.
