Steps
1Peel and grate carrots using a medium-sized grater.
2Add ground coconut and ground almonds.

Tip: if you have a mini-blender you can blend whole almonds and coconut flakes together for 10 seconds and then add them to the carrots. Freshly ground almonds and coconut flakes will have fresh oils.
3Mix and transfer to a bowl.
