Yogurt Bread

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) Bottom Heat. Add flour, baking powder and salt to a mixing bowl.
2Whisk or shake to distribute.
3Add yogurt.
4Mix to combine.
5Transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6Pour the olive oil over the dough.
7Spread using your hands (wear food-grade gloves). Make indents using your fingers.
8Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
9Slice into 8 portions.
10Transfer to a plate.
