Tofu Broccoli Gratin

500 g frozen broccoli
120 g breadcrumbs

200 g firm tofu
180 ml soy milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Add frozen broccoli (take it directly from the freezer) to an oiled casserole dish, preferably cast iron.

Tip: For easy clean up, use a tray lined with baking paper instead of a dish.
2Roast in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
3In the meantime, make the sauce. Add tofu, soy milk, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper and salt to a small blender cup.
4Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
5Optional: cut the broccoli into equal bite-sizes. Pour the sauce over the broccoli.
6Top with breadcrumbs.
7Bake in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
8Transfer to plates.
