Strawberry Chia Yogurt

300 g frozen strawberries
400 g plain yogurt
40 ml maple or agave syrup
20 g chia seeds

1 ⅔ cups plain yogurt
2 tbsp maple or agave syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds

Steps
1Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl.

Tip: for individual portions, this can be done directly in serving bowls but a mixing bowl is easier for larger portions.
2Mix to combine.

Protein Boost: Add 30 g (2 tbsp) of almond protein powder and 60 ml (¼ cup) non-dairy milk then mix again until incorporated. Note: If using flavored protein powder, you can skip the syrup.
3Set aside to soak for at least 10 minutes - or place in the fridge overnight. Once soaked, break the strawberries apart using the spoon and mix again.
4Transfer to serving bowls. Garnish with nuts and/or seeds of choice.
