Sauteed Green Beans

120 ml water
½ tsp garlic powder

⅛ tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)

Steps
1Add the frozen green beans and ½ cup of water to a large pan over medium-high heat. Cover with a lid and let them steam for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2Remove the lid and continue cooking, stirring frequently, until most of the water has evaporated ~ 3-5 more minutes.
3Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
4 Stir well to coat and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
5Transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with lemon juice for extra freshness, if desired. Can also be used as a healthy chips/crisp substitute.
