Hummus With Cucumber Slices

4 small cucumbers, sliced
240 g ~ 1 can cooked chickpeas
120 ml milk | soy, oat or cashew
15 g ~ 1 tbsp tahini
15 ml lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp soda
1 tsp salt
ground black pepper for taste

Steps
1Rinse and drain cooked chickpeas. Add rinsed chickpeas, milk (or water), tahini, lemon juice (or vinegar), garlic powder, ground cumin, soda and salt to a blender (small cup).
2Blend until smooth.
3Transfer to a bowl.
4Sprinkle with ground black pepper for taste. Serve with cucumber slices.
