Chocolate & Almond Cookies

60 g whole wheat flour
30 g almond butter, white
30 ml water
3 ml vinegar, any type
8 almonds, sliced
30 g cooking chocolate, sweet

Steps
1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Fan. Add nut butter, vinegar and water to a small mixing bowl.
2Whisk together until smooth.
3Add flour.
4Mix using a spoon then your hands until you have a stiff dough.
5Take a bit of the dough, flatten with your hands and roll it out just enough to cut out a cookie shape using a cookie cutter or a glass.
6Repeat until you have no more dough left. Add the cookies to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
7Top with pieces of cooking chocolate and sliced almonds.
8Bake in the middle of the oven for 8 minutes.
9Add to a plate and place in the freezer for 5 minutes – so the chocolate can set.
