
Amaranth Banana & Kiwi Bowl

Steps

1Add the amaranth to a cooking pot.

2Add water, stir and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low (induction #2), cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes to finish steaming.

3Spoon the cooked amaranth into serving bowls.

4Add sliced bananas and kiwi fruit.
